Ph.D. Completed - 12

1. Dr. I Vani Priyadarshini completed her Ph.D. work on Identification of common drug targets,drug molecules and vaccine candidates against causative organisms of infective endocarditis by using in silico methods and at present working as a Bioinformatician at Alberta Precision laboratories,Calgary ,Alberta, Canada .

2. Dr. Dibyabhaba Pradhan completed his Ph.D. work on In silico identification of common drug targets in Leptospira spp., molecular modeling and docking approaches for designing inhibitor molecules and at present working as Scientist-II at ICMR - All India Institute of Medical Sciences New Delhi ,India .

3. Dr. Manne Munikumar completed his Ph.D. work on Computational approach to explore novel inhibitors and vaccine candidates for bacterial meningitis and at present working as Scientist - II, National Institute of Nutrition - TATA Centre (NTC), Hyderabad .

4. Dr. Swargam Sandeep completed his Ph.D. work on "Designing RAS mediated pathway inhibitors and development of database" at present working as Assitant Professor , school of life sciences, Central University of Himachal Pradesh ,Shahpur ,Dharmashala .

Dr. Natarajan Pradeep completed his Ph.D. work on "Multiple docking strategies and pharmacophore design for amyloid pathway proteins" at present working has Research Associate: Center for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Department of Biotechnology, Anna University ,Chennai , Tamil Nadu .

6. Dr. Kanipakam Hema completed her Ph.D. work on "In silico identification of potential drug targets and vaccine candidates against pathogens causing atherosclerosis" at present working has Scientist DBT-BioCARe, International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology ,NEW DELHI .

7. Dr. Pasala Chiranjeevi completed his Ph.D. work on "Computer aided approach to identify drug targets, vaccine candidates and potent lead molecules against gastrointestinal pathogen Helicobacter pylori" at present working has Postdoctoral Fellow in Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center(MSKCC),Mortimer B.Zuckermann Research building , New york (USA) .

8. Dr. Katari Sudheer Kumar completed his Ph.D. work on "In silico trials to identify potent inhibitors against matrix metalloproteinases in breast cancer" in the Department of Bioinformatics, SVIMS university, Tirupati. working has Assistant Professor at Department of Bioinformatics ,VIGNAN Univeristy Guntur, Andhra Pradesh .

9. Dr. Nalamolu Ravina Madhulitha completed her Ph.D. work on "In silico Identification of potential drug targets, vaccine candidates and inhibitor design against Mycobacterium tuberculosis " at present working has Post Doctoral Fellow in Department of Bioinformatics ,VIGNAN Univeristy Guntur, Andhra Pradesh .

10.Dr. Sharon Priya Alexander completed her Ph.D. work on Potential drug target identification and inhibitor design for human breast cancer through transcriptomic analysis
